Biography

We deserve representation that believes in transparency and accountability for the betterment of Oceano. Representation that asks questions, digs in with research and demonstrates a true willingness to look at issues from all sides, in order to make informed decisions based on facts, education, experience and common sense.

When you vote for me, you are voting for a local, with a career in the finance industry. I have been advocating on behalf of Oceano for years - by attending many meetings at multiple local agencies, being involved with the theft investigation of ratepayer funds at the Sanitation District, having repeatedly spoken up on behalf of us residents and I am a current Oceano Advisory Council member – all while busy earning a living and running a household,

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

This is an election of a special services district, and a special services district has NO political affiliation assigned to it.  It is not one side of the aisle or the other.  The Oceano Community Services District is, quite literally, a locally run, government-overseen utility/services provider - water, sewer, trash, minimal street lighting on Hwy1, fire/emergency service and a dormant parks department (which I plan to revive).

This OCSD position has NO ability to start, stop, or alter the off-road use of our dunes.  The OCSD does not oversee potholes, dogs barking, cannibus sales, etc.

My political philosophy as it pertains to the seat I am running for is that ALL Oceano and Halcyon ratepayers deserve the absolute best stewards of our vital services, no matter political affiliation or leaning.  Children deserve clean clothes, households deserve the best methods to remove wastewater while keeping the costs down, and everyone deserves real advocacy from their elected OCSD officials.  I want to be that person since I don't feel that is happening currently.
