What financing method(s) would you support to repair or improve roads, rails, ports, airports, the electrical grid and other infrastructure in the U.S.?
Answer from Lisa Remmer:
I support Reform California's proposed 2020 ballot initiative and will be working to get signatures, so it will be on the ballot. This initiative will provide 7.5 Billion a year for road repair, with funds provided by taxes on diesel and gasoline. This initiative will provide 7.4 billion a year for transportation projects including bus, light rail, and bike lanes, using the sales tax on cars and on car insurance and some fines for traffic tickets.
The reason the state of CA keeps asking for more money is that the lawmakers keep diverting funds to their pet projects. Even the latest gas tax increase of 70& effective 11/1/17--has been raided and looted. Politicians need to work with lock boxes and stop raiding our gas taxes. CA state budget is outrageous.
What programs or legislation, if any, would you support to help Americans of all ages secure affordable health care?

Stop being a sanctuary state and providing so much free stuff to illegal immigrants., especially criminal illegal immigrants. We are a magnet for people looking for free handouts.

More work visas, especially for agricultural workers.

End high-speed rail project in CA.
According to a "Civility In America” survey, 75% of Americans believe that the U.S. has a major civility problem. If you are elected what will do to address this?
Answer from Lisa Remmer:
Teach children to debate civilly starting in grammar school. Violence, name-calling, and bullying must be unlearned.
