My Top 3 Priorities

  • Veterans: A strong advocate for veterans and protecting their hospitals in my district from private developers.
  • Addiction: Drug addiction is rampant in my district, leading to homelessness, torn apart families, bankruptcy, and judicial system overload. See my website for an overview strategy to address this issue.
  • Homelessness: Homelessness is a great scourge on our society of how we care for those in need. I have adopted a comprehensive plan prepared by experts to solve this complicated but severe problem in my district. See my website.

Experience

Biography

I’m a life long resident of the San Fernando Valley.  I’ve been married for 40 years and have three adult children. My wife and I have been blessed with nine grandchildren. I was in business management until I bought my first company at twenty-six. After that I opened a retail store at twenty–eight and bought another company at thirty-two. Naming only a few of my numerous accomplishments. I have also served on the board of directors of the Screen Actor’s Guild, where I was the first board freshmen to be appointed by the President of the Guild to the finance committee, also the first member at large to testify in front of the Federal Communications Committee on behalf of the Screen Actors Guild. I’ve testified on three more accusations. I have served on several national committees as chairman and was recruited to serve on the board of directors for KCET cab committee. I also served as the national rep for American Indians for the Grand Coalition for 15 years. I’m a descendent of the Mohawk and Apache American Indian. Recently I establish a new organization to help our Veterans in the San Fernando Valley, with free legal aid and other services. It is a mission of mine to save the Sepulveda VA and bring back the services our veterans have earned.    One out of five Americans suffer from some kind of mental illness and need access to mental healthcare. This is why we are seeing so many things going wrong in our communities across our great nation.    We also need the continued strong support for America’s great economic engine, small businesses and the middle class.    I HEAR YOU.    YOUR ISSUES ARE MY ISSUES;    Strengthening the Middle Class, Improving Mental Healthcare, Supporting Law and Order, Solving Homelessness, Reforming Drug Rehabilitation, Supporting a Strong Military and Our Veterans.    The West Valley needs NEW Leadership.

Political Beliefs

Political Philosophy

My political philosophy is simple  public policy is like a roadway, if you’re to far to the left you’re in the gutter and if you’re to far to the right you’re in the gutter. We need more pragmatic representatives that know how to use common sense and get the people’s work done. Seek out what we agree on and stop coming from a conflict mentality
